Another chance to hear the wonderful XR choir! XR Blue Mountains have organised a rally taking the form of a Family Picnic at Wentworth Falls Lake on Sunday 8 March – next Sunday. The choir will sing, the Red Rebels will put in an appearance, and the XR Kayak Squadron will amuse us with their antics on the lake.
The rally will provide an important media opportunity to let our political leaders know that in the mountains we have not just gone back to business as usual since the bushfires stopped.
The response so far from both sides of politics has been less than adequate.
Help keep up the pressure and have some fun at the same time!
Picnic starts at 12pm (bring your own food and drinks) and the choir sings at 12.30.
